I have been a follower of Louise Hay’s teachings for many years and often use her books as references for guiding myself and others to self-heal.

There is no reference to fibromyalgia in the copies of You Can Heal You Body or You Can Heal Your Life I have. I don’t know if there are updated versions that include it, but I was very excited to read an article last week in an old magazine I picked up at the library. I was equally excited with the synchronicity that May is Fibromyalgia (and Lupus) Awareness Month.
