Need a Confidence Boost? Let Me Tell You How Amazing You Are

I am an instrument of peace and love. My mission is to elevate the collective consciousness, one person at a time. Today it is you!

I believe in an orchestrating power in the universe. I believe in Sacred Contracts. I believe we are eternal spiritual being living a physical existence.

According to A Course In Miracles, my mind is part of God’s mind, I am a very holy and my holiness blesses the world.

I believe I am a holy vessel. I can perceive things more clearly than most. I can see from a higher perspective. And I am here to tell you that you are not who and what you think you are.

Your true essence is a compassionate, loving, king, and peaceful spirit. This essence is obscured by the collection of limiting beliefs, fears, anger, sadness,  insecurity, and pain you have accrued since childhood.

Choosing thoughts and beliefs that enhance your belief in yourself are in your best interest.

If you can accept and integrated the following into your belief system, your perception will change and you can reveal your true essence. With these, your perception of yourself, other people, your relationships, and your life will change.

After everything I tell you I want you to follow it up with telling it to yourself. See how it ‘sits’ with you. How does it make you feel? Lighter, I’d suppose, as they do for me.

1. You are a Divine child of the universe. [I am a Divine child of the universe.]
2. You are lovable, valuable and deserving. You are worthy.  [I am lovable, valuable and deserving. I am worthy.]
3. You are worthy of your own acceptance and approval. [I am worthy of my own acceptance and approval.]
4. You are on this planet, at this time, for a specific purpose. You have a unique combination of strengths, skills, talents, and gifts. [I am on this planet, at this time, for a specific purpose. I have a unique combination of strengths, skills, talents, and gifts.]
5. Your best is good enough. You are good enough just as you are. [My best is good enough. I am good enough just as I am.]
6. You are an imperfect being striving to learn, grow, heal, and awaken. You are a work in progress. You are evolving to become the best version of you. [I am an imperfect being striving to learn, grow, heal, and awaken. I am work in progress. I am evolving to become the best version of me.]
7. You are in the perfect body with the perfect life-circumstances, to learn the lessons you came back to learn. [I am in the perfect body with the perfect life-circumstances, to learn the lessons I came back to learn.]
8. You are a spiritual being having a physical experience. [I am a spiritual being having a physical experience.]
9. You are a vibrating, energetic being. [I am a vibrating, energetic being.]
10. Your perception creates your reality. You create your experiences with your perceptions, expectations, attitudes, and desires. Things are only good or bad because you perceive them to be. You can change any experience by changing how you think about it. [I create my experiences with my perceptions, expectations and desires. Things are only good or bad because I perceive them to be. It is in your own best interest to accept what you are: all that you really are and start experiencing your life from a higher perspective.
