Chronic and Recurring Physical Pain: Part Two- The Three Levels of Caring for the Physical Body

Just to repeat: The main point of this series of articles is to help you eliminate your current chronic and/or recurring physical pain, illness, dis-comfort, dis-order, and dis-ease, or recurring injuries and accidents. The added bonus of learning how to do so will be to show you how to minimize them in the future (chronic or recurring).

So, based on my theory of evolving needs, there are three paths to accomplish the goal: basic, advanced and evolved. [fb-button]

Every human being is the author of his own health or disease.

~Buddha

Many of us may believe, but too few of us are acting from that belief.

From my point of view, the only way to become the ‘author of your health’ is through your beliefs; for you to acknowledge and accept the following:

  1. Your body is the vessel for your soul and spirit.
  2. You are spirit.

So, the path is to get acquainted with your energy bodies (your vibrating bodies).

Here the goal is to start to live from that knowledge by treating those bodies for optimum health!

To think, speak, feel, and act from our place of spiritual
power and limitlessness, of indestructible energy and light. That is what it means to be en-lightened!

Because our beliefs direct our life and our health, our beliefs are where we heal.

Check back soon, when we will look at the beliefs needed to heal.

Here are some quotes from A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles to get you started:

A Course In Miracles mentions the Great Rays, a concept also found in other metaphysical teachings. The Great Rays are the lines of energy that emanate from within each of us, on subtler levels than our physical senses yet perceive. Our physical senses reflect our current belief system, and our belief system expands, so will our senses. There will come a time when we will physically perceive the Great Rays.”

“These lines of light and energy are our life force. The body is merely a temporary encasement.”

“Physical incarnation is a classroom experience, and souls come to the class to learn what they need to learn.”

“Physical incarnation is just one form that life can take.”

“In the world of bodies, we are all separate. In the world of spirit, we are all one. Citing the course, we heal the separation between the two by shifting our awareness from ‘body identification’ to ‘spirit identification. “This heals the body as well as the mind.”

May you perceive and receive all your blessings.

With Much Love,

Rev. Michele
