Where Is Love? An Add-On to the Evolving Needs Chart and Unconditional Love

Where Is Love? An Add-On to the Evolving Needs Chart and Unconditional Love

Last night, after I finished my post, I spotted my print copy of the evolving needs chart. On the top of it I had written, , circled and highlighted “Where is Love?”

It wasn’t in the chart because it is not specific. However, feeling loved is most definitely a basic need that adds to self-esteem/confidence. But love is a behavior, or rather a collection of behaviors or actions, not one specific thing.

All the needs that are received, taught and allowed are acts of love.

Why Should I Forgive Myself?

Gaining self-acceptance is the first giant step toward achieving clearer perception and ending suffering. It also has the added benefits of healing many of our thoughts and our limiting beliefs.

Need a Confidence Boost? Let Me Tell You How Amazing You Are

Need a Confidence Boost? Let Me Tell You How Amazing You Are

I am an instrument of peace and love. My mission is to elevate the collective consciousness and raise the universal vibration, one person at a time. Today it’s you!

I believe in an orchestrating power in the universe. I believe in Sacred Contracts. I believe we are eternal spiritual beings living a physical existence.

According to A Course In Miracles, “My mind is part of God’s mind, I am very holy and my holiness blesses the world.”

I do believe I am a holy vessel. I can perceive things more clearly than most. I can see from a higher perspective. And I am here to tell you that you are not who and what you think you are.

Your true essence is a compassionate, loving, king, and peaceful spirit. This essence is obscured by the collection of limiting beliefs, fears, anger, sadness, insecurity, and pain you have accrued since childhood (and sometimes in past lives).

Choosing thoughts and beliefs that enhance your belief in yourself are in your best interest.

If you can accept and integrate the following into your belief system, your perception will change and you can reveal your true essence. With these, your perception of yourself, other people, your relationships, and your life will change. Therefore, your perception of yourself, other people, your relationships, and your life will change.

After everything I tell you I want you to follow it up with telling it to yourself. See how it ‘sits’ with you. How does it make you feel?

  1. You are a Divine child of the universe. [I am a Divine child of the universe.]
  2. You are lovable, valuable and deserving. You are worthy.  [I am lovable, valuable and deserving. I am worthy.]
  3. You are worthy of your own acceptance and approval. [I am worthy of my own acceptance and approval.]
  4. You are on this planet, at this time, for a specific purpose. You have a unique combination of strengths, skills, talents, and gifts. [I am on this planet, at this time, for a specific purpose. I have a unique combination of strengths, skills, talents, and gifts.]
  5. Your best is good enough. You are good enough just as you are. [My best is good enough. I am good enough just as I am.]
  6. You are an imperfect human striving to learn, grow, heal, and awaken to your spirit-self You are a work in progress. You are evolving to become the best version of you. [I am an imperfect human striving to learn, grow, heal, and awaken to my spirit-self. I am work in progress. I am evolving to become the best version of me.]
  7. You are in the perfect body with the perfect life-circumstances, to learn the lessons you came back to learn. [I am in the perfect body with the perfect life-circumstances, to learn the lessons I came back to learn.]
  8. You are a spiritual being having a physical experience. [I am a spiritual being having a physical experience.]
  9. You are a vibrating, energetic being. [I am a vibrating, energetic being.]
  10. Perception creates reality. You create your experiences with your perceptions, expectations, attitudes, and desires. Things are only good or bad because you perceive them to be. [I create my experiences with my perceptions, expectations and desires. Things are only good or bad because I perceive them to be.]
  11. You can never be a failure or a loser. You can fail at tasks and goals, but they serve as learning experiences. No one succeeds all the time. [I can never be a failure or a loser. I can fail at tasks and goals, but they serve as learning experiences. No one succeeds all the time.]

It is in your own best interest to accept what you are: all that you really are and start experiencing your life from a higher perspective.

If you know someone who could use a boost in confidence and/or a change in perception, please forward this to them and help me spread these messages.

A Box of Thoughts # 2

A Box of Thoughts # 2

A Box of Thoughts # 2

I have boxes of thoughts because ideas “pop” into my head. I believe these are thoughts delivered to me by my higher self, my spirit guides or my guardian angel. I have seen no proof that they exist beyond the effects I have seen through the unfolding of my life.

A Box of Thoughts

A Box of Thoughts

I have been keeping a journal since I went away to college. At some point, I had observations, ideas, rants, questions, and quotes I wanted to keep. For a time, I kept them in a separate journal. I have no idea when or why I stopped and started jotting them down on scraps of paper. Now, I have boxes filled with these little scraps of paper containing these observations, ideas, rants, questions, and quotes. (I wish I had dated them for frame of reference.)
