I can’t discuss The Hidden Messages in Water by Dr. Masaru Emoto without giving credit to the source that brought me to it: the movie/documentary What the Bleep Do We Know?

My perception of ‘reality’ was permanently changed and my world opened up because of these two sources. And I am ever so grateful!

With information about quantum physics and quantum mechanics being introduced into the mainstream and its’ relation to spirituality, I became a science-geek. However, much of the information was over my head. I wanted to get it but I couldn’t. That was until my friend told me about the movie/documentary What the Bleep Do We Know!? .

It made quantum physics and quantum mechanics understandable for me.

I loved knowing that science has proven that we, our physical bodies, are energy and light.

Quantum theories bring science and spirituality together for those who require proof. WooHoo!

I loved it so much that I had to go out buy the Quantum Edition because it wasn’t available on Netflix. It had additional animated sequences in the movie and six extra hours of interviews. This one was even better and more easily understandable than the first one!

I was highly inspired by all the information presented. I would hear the things I was supposed to remember. It spoke to a deeper part of me. It reminded me of and connected me to the essence of what we really are –eternal energy, eternal beings, spirit!

We have forgotten our essence and have to hear or read things to spark what we’re supposed to remember. This is a type of synchronicity that often happens with books, movies and song lyrics, but only if we’re ready to hear it. If we are, they will ring true, stir something inside us, create goose bumps or a chill, or be felt by our vibrational body responding.

I found so many new sources of information. I took lists of authors, books and websites.

The Hidden Messages in Water  by Dr. Masaru Emoto was introduced in this DVD. It showed photographs from the book that were astounding. The photographs were of water that had been thanked or prayed over, which looked liked crystal snowflakes. And water that had been ignored or ridiculed looked as toxic as it was.

These photos are definitely worth the price of admission! Seeing them aids in believing.

Here are just some of the perception-changers I got from this book:

  • We can live healthier lives if we purify the water that makes up 70% of our body. (And not coincidentally 70% of the earth as well.) Increasing vibration through gratitude purifies.
  • The vibration of gratitude is more powerful and has a greater influence than love.
  • Love and gratitude = immunity ( in the immune system)
  • Emotions resonate with the elements in the body. What really caught my attention was that sorrow and sadness resonate with or call to aluminum, leading to the onset of Alzheimer’s disease.

This book also confirmed for me:

  • “…ailments are largely a result of negative emotions.”
  • Existence is vibration.
  • Since everything is in a state of vibration, everything creates sound, and thus, resonates.
  • Resonance is the root of the Law of Vibration and Law of Attraction.
  • The power of prayer and gratitude is unlimited.

There is so much to learn from this book including the results of so many interesting and inspiring studies. I highly recommend it.
